Money questions

The questions people actually ask about price.

How much does a website cost in London, Ontario?

The build is free and there is no build fee at any point. After that you pick a care plan: $49.99 every 4 weeks keeps the site live and maintained, $249.99 is the plan most trades land on because it books jobs, and Premium and Total at $1,999 and $2,999 add the AI receptionist and managed ads on top. There is a $499.99 one-time setup fee, and it is waived when you start the day you see your site.

Which plan should I actually be on?

Pro at $249.99, for almost everyone. Essential keeps a site alive but it does not chase anything, so it suits a business that already has all the work it wants. Pro is the one that turns the site into a machine: unlimited edits, instant lead alerts, reviews, chat, booking and the analytics to see what is working. Premium and Total are for when you are ready to hand over the phone and the ad budget too.

What is the catch with a free website?

There isn't one, and the reason is simple business math. We only make money if you stay, so we have to build something you actually want to keep. Putting the whole build up front is us taking the risk instead of you taking it. If you look at the finished site and say no, you owe nothing, we shake hands and that is the end of it.

Why is it billed every 4 weeks instead of monthly?

Because four weeks is a real cycle and a month is not. It means 13 cycles a year instead of 12, and the billing date does not drift around the calendar. Prepay the year and you pay for 11 cycles and get all 13, which works out to about 15% off. We would rather show you the honest number than round it and have you find out later.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. It is month to month and you can cancel any time. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and if you leave, the domain and your Google Business Profile go with you. An agency that owns your domain owns your business's front door, and twelve-month contracts exist because the work does not hold people on its own.

Can I add one thing from a bigger plan without upgrading?

Yes. Anything in a bigger plan can be added to a smaller one at the à la carte rates on this page. A booking system or an FAQ chatbot is $100 a cycle on top of Essential, which is often the right move if that is the only piece of Pro you actually need.

Do the ad plans include my ad budget?

No, and be careful with anyone who says theirs does. On Premium and Total the management is included and your ad spend is billed separately by Google or Meta, so you can see exactly what went to advertising and exactly what went to us. Bundling the two is how agencies hide their margin.

Do I own the website?

You own your domain and your content, always, and they leave with you. The site itself is built, hosted and maintained by us as part of the plan, which is what keeps it fast, secure and current instead of a file you are responsible for. If you ever want out, you are not held hostage by the thing customers use to find you.

See the site first. Decide about the plan after.

We build it, you look at it on your phone, and only then does any of this become a conversation.
